• Your rental period will start on the day the bag is delivered to you.
• Please note that couriers can deliver any time on your chosen start date including the evening, so please order your rental a day early if you need it for a specific time.
• Please always communicate with YOURBAGSY if you have questions regarding the delivery date and time.

• You are responsible for safely returning your rented item(s) no later than the final date of your rental period. 
• We encourage our renters to fully insure the condition of the item when returning it, as the renter is liable for the full market value of the item in the case of loss or severe damage.
• Please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

• Cancellations for rentals that are booked more than 48 hours in advance of the start date are fully refundable.
• Any rentals made within 48 hours of the rental start date are non-refundable.

We offer free same-day delivery all over the UAE for all orders placed before 12:00 pm. For orders placed after 12:00 pm, we will be delivering the next day.

The return cost is free and the item will be collected on the last day of the rental period. Always ensure to return the item in the same condition it was received with its original packaging.
